ImageSoft Recognized by Hyland Software for Superior Technical Support

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. — ImageSoft was recently honored with Platinum Partner and Diamond Support Awards at a Hyland Software sponsored conference. More than 225 of Hyland's partners from North America, South America, Europe and Asia attended the 2004 Team OnBase Conference. In addition to providing education and networking opportunities, Platinum and Gold Partners and Diamond Support Partners were honored. Diamond Support Partner awards were presented to authorized OnBase solution providers who met the following criteria: retention of more than 90% of customers on maintenance, providing direct support to more than 20 installed solutions, maintaining a minimum of two certified OnBase installers over the previous 12 months and significant participation in the 2004 OnBase Developers Conference and the 2004 Team OnBase Conference.
