Since you are looking for new opportunities, you should know that ImageSoft, Inc. is currently recruiting for a BUSINESS SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR; Someone who enjoys multi-tasking and being extremely involved in all aspects of our business systems.

What an ImageSoft Business Systems Administrator will do – Job Description:

  • Primary responsibility of day-to-day operation of the server hardware and software for business sites
    • System security
    • Ensure availability metrics
    • Monitoring site metrics such as performance reports, usage reports and statistics
  • Responsible for the administration, management and support of systems related to internal operations, including servers and networks
  • Update/create system documentation
  • Subject matter expert for various applications supporting different departments
  • Variable on-call availability to ensure system uptime
  • Diagnostics and troubleshoot networking issues
  • Handle second level support for desktop application troubleshooting
  • Develop and maintain network/hardware architecture

What an ImageSoft Business Systems Administrator will have – Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong initiative and ability to plan and prioritize work efficiently, multi-task, time management and work well under pressure with minimal direction
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems
  • Strong understanding of high availability and disaster recovery planning and strategies
  • Exposure and familiarity with the following systems:
    Windows OS 7+ years In-depth experience with Window 10+ enterprise management
    SSRS 2+ Years Ability to create and enhance reports across multiple systems
    Microsoft Dynamics - Familiarity with high availability ERP Platforms
    VMWare/ESX 5+ years Operational experience install/managing VSphere Cluster 5+
    SQL Server 2012+ 5+ years In-depth familiarity with SQL installation and management
    SharePoint - Strong grasp of Sharepoint concepts and permissions
    Cisco Meraki - Operational familiarity with Meraki products and/or networking concepts
    Veeam 2+ years Firm understanding of backup methodology and longtail impact
    SIP Telephony 3+ years -
    Office 365/Exchange 3+ years Operational knowledge of mail/IM/management of Office 365
    GPO 5+ years Paramount understanding of AD architecture and GPO policy
    Security Principals 3+ years Create/Adapt best practice security policies to ensure compliance


  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology/Computer Science from a 4-year college or university or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5-10 years’ of relevant experience

  • Microsoft Solution Expert: SharePoint
  • Microsoft Project Server
