System Upgrade Specialist Position

ImageSoft is currently recruiting for a System Upgrade Specialist . This position acts as a primary system upgrade resource for our clients. A System Upgrade Specialist is responsible for upgrading our clients OnBase systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical support issues related to upgrades with customers and 3rd parties in a timely and professional manner with a deep commitment to excellent customer satisfaction.

What an ImageSoft System Upgrade Specialist will do

  • • Develop, plan, and coordinate resources and schedules for successful system upgrades.
  • • Communicate effectively with customers and 3rd parties daily to resolve upgrade issues in a timely manner.
  • • Manage escalated system upgrade support issues by coordinating efforts amongst other technical resources to achieve a resolution that meets customer requirements.
  • • Engage in upgrade related projects in accordance with customer schedules and guidelines.
  • • Log upgrade progress in tracking system as needed.
  • • Follow established escalation procedure to engage secondary support when necessary.
  • • Work toward continually gaining extensive knowledge of supported products.
  • • Act as a mentor to other Support team members as needed.
  • • Perform special projects and or responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

What an ImageSoft System Upgrade Specialist will Have

  • • 3+ years of experience with Hyland’s OnBase software
  • • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • • Ability to type accurately at least of 50 words per minute.
  • • Ability to work in a close team environment.
  • • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • • Experience working remotely in a technical role


  • • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer related studies or equivalent experience.
  • • Minimum of 5-7 years of helpdesk experience supporting technical clients.
  • • Experience and extensive knowledge of computer related troubleshooting.
  • • Experience and background using a Windows environment.
