The summit brought over 70 representatives from 15 local, county and state organizations gathering to hear from peers as they shared lessons learned and success stories of their unique ImageSoft solution. The summit also provided an opportunity for you to network with other government delegates from across the state. Dee Dee Malone from Calhoun County Friend of the Court said it was “nice to hear from others who are as excited about the product as we are.”

Renee Hernandez, from the St. Clair County Prosecutor’s Office, discussed the issues and strategies implemented for the retrieval time of paper files, the warrant request process, and the Probation Department’s accessibility to documents.
Dave Wilson, from the Washtenaw County IT, explained the challenges they had with their previous solution, the process of 100% conversion to the new ImageSoft solution and the positives that resulted.
Dan Krueger and Lori Catalino, from the Ottawa County Clerk’s Office, described their decision-making process and research before enlisting the help of ImageSoft and they demonstrated the importance of audit trails, which display the in-depth accountability for each document.
