Bryan Bateman, Senior Project Manager/PMO Lead, ImageSoft

Bryan came to ImageSoft in 2014 as a Project Manager bringing over 22 years of information technology experience in software development in ECM, B2D, Supply Chain, and Mobile platform solutions. Shortly after joining ImageSoft, Bryan was promoted to Senior PM, formed the PMO team, and managed the PM team while implementing agile practices for projects. Prior to joining ImageSoft, Bryan served as Senior Architect & Team Lead for GE Healthcare’s Global Supply Chain and held a Solution Delivery Manager role within GM/OnStar. Bryan is PMP Certified, a Certified Scrummaster (CSM), and has been an agile evangelist since he was first introduced to methodology in 2005.

Lori Catalino, District Court Administrator, Ottawa County, MI

Lori Catalino, J.D., became the District Court Administrator for the 58th District Court in Ottawa County in 2012 after serving as the Assistant Chief Deputy Clerk in the Ottawa County’s Clerk’s Office for over six years. In both of these roles, Lori has devoted significant time engaging in process improvement and project management while developing, implementing and managing technology changes and integrations in the Ottawa trial courts. She has worked on several key technology projects including the implementation of a new document management system complete with e-filing and robust electronic court record workflows and developing a new case management system.

Terry Chaudhuri, Senior Sales Engineer, ImageSoft

Terry has worked in IT and Enterprise Content Management for over seven years and is a Kofax Capture Certified Consultant, an OnBase Certified Installer, and is technically certified in Kodak Capture Pro. Terry has worked with numerous customers in many vertical markets, including Government, Healthcare and Financial. He has extensive experience with advanced document capture and currently works jointly with both the ImageSoft Sales and Technical teams.

Katrina Cooper, ECM Administrator, Muskegon County, MI

Katrina has worked in the courts for over 17 years. Her ECM knowledge has allowed her to implement OnBase to government agencies all over the country. In 2010, Katrina completed the Court Management Program through the National Center for State Courts, to become a Certified Court Manager.

Julie Coppens, Information Systems Manager, Bay County, MI

Julie has been the Information Systems Manager at Bay County for two years, where OnBase was launched into production with Bay County’s Friend of the Court in December 2015. Prior to Julie joining Bay County, she was the Software Development Director where she worked on solutions for the security industry. Bay County’s Information Systems Division provides support and technology to all departments at Bay County as well as the police vehicles in Bay County. Bay County intends to launch OnBase for the remaining departments of the Court system and the move onto other departments and divisions in the County. Julie has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and a Masters Degree in Administrative Science from Saginaw Valley State University.

Rob Curtis, Court Administrator, 37th District Court

Rob has worked with the 37th District Court, located in Warren, Michigan, for several years. He provides a rich experience within the political arena with prior experience practicing law independently. Together with their IT Department, Police Department and City Attorney’s Office, Warren has successful launched their Civil solution and are nearing the implementation of their Criminal and City Attorney solution.

Kevin Flanagan, Industry Manager of Government Solutions, Hyland Software

Before rejoining Hyland in 2012, Kevin spent four and a half years managing the government sales efforts for one of Hyland’s largest resellers. He started with Hyland (the first time) in early 2004 and, while there, spent a year in Marketing as the Channel Marketing Specialist before moving to Sales as a Channel Account Representative and eventually becoming a Regional Account Manager. Kevin’s responsibilities as Industry Manager of Government Solutions include evangelizing a government-focus to Hyland’s VAR community and creating and marketing new Hyland government solutions.

Ryan Foley, Senior Enterprise Architect, ImageSoft

Ryan has more than eight years experience working with Government, Insurance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Financial Services companies of all sizes. His ECM knowledge and experience with Government solutions helped build the foundation for the JusticeTech product. Ryan has also made contributions to many of the other ImageSoft products including iDocCreator, TrueSign®, and TrueCertifyTM.

Sarah Grimm, Business Analyst, Calhoun County, MI

Sarah recently joined the Calhoun County IT Department. Her primary responsibility is project manager for the county-wide OnBase Implementation. The Friend of the Court and Prosecuting Attorney’s Office have been using OnBase for over eight years. Circuit Court, District Court, and Probate Court will be going live with OnBase in August. FOC and the PA’s Office will also be upgrading to the Justice Tech solution this year.

Tom Hansel, Director of Customer Care, ImageSoft

As a Certified Support Professional, Tom has over eight years of enterprise level customer service experience. He joined the ImageSoft team in 2008 and in 2014, was named Director of Customer Care. In this capacity, he leads the Customer Care and TrueFiling support teams. Tom’s contributions have helped the ImageSoft earn Hyland Diamond Support Partner status for exemplary customer service annually since 2003. He earned a degree in Information Technology from Oakland University and holds various certifications from Hyland and Kofax.

Anthony June, Information Systems Director, 16th Judicial Circuit Court

Anthony Oliver June is an energetic and highly motivated legal technologist. He has worked in Macomb County Government for over 12 years. He is currently the Information Systems Director for the 16th Judicial Circuit Court located in Mount Clemens, Michigan. Anthony holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Wayne State University in Psychology and Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems Management. Anthony received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. He is a member of the Macomb County Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, and the National Center for State Courts Court Information Technology Officers Consortium.

Carolyn Kane, Product Evangelist, Hyland Software

Carolyn has been evangelizing OnBase since 2009. With a background in digital communication and design, she specializes in OnBase integrations, electronic forms, signatures, and correspondence management. She shares her enthusiasm about OnBase with people all over the world during training events, conferences, and on the OnBase Community.

Rich Malewicz, Chief Information Officer, Livingston County, MI

Rich is the Chief Information Officer for Livingston County, Michigan, and has held positions at Chrysler-FIAT, Schneider Electric and Perceptron. Rich has more than 20 years of experience in areas spanning organizational leadership, cyber security, insider threat management, industrial controls, and program management. Rich is a U.S. Army Reserve Commissioned Officer with over 18 years of combined active and reserve service. Rich has led Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), and Long Range Surveillance (LRS) teams, among other notable military assignments. Rich holds an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Caitlin Murphy, Assistant City Attorney, Warren City Attorney's Office

Caitlin Murphy graduated from Wayne State Law School in 2011. After she graduated, she worked for two years at the Michigan Court of Appeals as a Research Attorney. In 2014, she joined the Warren City Attorney's Office as an Assistant City Attorney.

William Nichols, Prosecutor, Monroe County, MI

William has been the Prosecuting Attorney for Monroe County since 2005. Prior to that, he served as the Monroe Chief Prosecutor from 2001-2004. Previous to this position, he was the Assistant Prosecutor in Monroe County. William is a board member of the Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan and also serves on the PAAM Technical Services Committee.

Travis Roe, ShareBase Sales, Hyland Software

Travis brings 15 years of helping organizations solve business pains with technology solutions of all sizes. Over the last 10 years at Hyland Software, Travis focused on helping organizations gain efficiencies with OnBase across a range of industries and regions. Beginning with the launch of ShareBase in early 2016 he pivoted roles and now manages the sales team focused solely on how ShareBase helps organizations share content easily, through secure means and maintain the control they require.

Todd Scmitz, Chief Deputy Clerk, Macomb County, MI

Todd serves as Chief Deputy Clerk for Macomb County Clerk/Register of Deeds Carmella Sabaugh. He has helped implement multiple technology innovations, such as a virtual queuing and kiosk system enabling the County Clerk to reduce wait times and Square® payment acceptance, which allows court customers to swipe their own credit cards or even use Apple Pay. He has also led several jury service improvements: Macomb County Circuit Court jurors get a free ride to and from court via Uber at no cost to the county or jurors, wireless Internet, free library book delivery to jurors who request material online, and juror restaurant-style pagers have been upgraded to text messages. Todd developed a dashboard system that provides the most performance metrics to Macomb County circuit judges than any other county clerk provides in Michigan, with instant access to the status of every individual clerk job duty, and time it takes for various types of pleadings to end up in files no matter in which courtroom they are filed. He also helped implement Google Apps for Government, and an online concealed pistol licensing and online marriage application, and overnight delivery for certified vital records and court records. These advances have helped the Macomb County Clerk receive 59 National Association of County's awards for service and innovation. Todd holds a B.A. in Economics from Michigan State University and a law degree from Wayne State University Law School.

Brad Smith, Director of Court Solutions, Mentis Technology Solutions

Brad has over 27 years of experience as an advisor to the state and local courts market with the following companies: LexisNexis, BearingPoint Consulting and Mentis Technology Solutions. In that time, Brad has collaborated with judges, clerks of courts and law enforcement to provide electronic solution (legal research, eFiling and judicial dashboards) projects to increase the efficiency of justice through technology innovations. He serves as member of the Judicial Tools Workgroup for the Joint Technology Committee, IJIS Institute Court Advisory Committee and the NCSC E-Courts Education Advisory Committee. Brad also is a contributing member of the eBench projects team.

Eric Stevens, Family Court Administrator/Friend of the Court, 14th Judicial Circuit Court

Eric has been the Family Court Administrator/Friend of the Court at the 14th Judicial Circuit Court for three and a half years. He has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Iowa in Economics before receiving his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University. Eric is also the current President of the Friend of the Court Association.

Michelle Telecky, Product Owner, ImageSoft

A skilled and experienced ECM veteran, Michelle has more than a decade of experience in designing and implementing document management solutions for Courts, Government and Healthcare. In addition to ECM design and implementation, Michelle works with the Product Development team as the customer liaison to define ImageSoft and JusticeTech product features. She is a Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA+), a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and a Certified OnBase Installer.
