ImageSoft, Inc., Selected as One of Michigan’s Economic Bright Spots for Third Consecutive Year

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. — For the third consecutive year, ImageSoft, Inc., was honored by Corp! Magazine as one of Michigan’s Economic Bright Spots. Representatives from the company accepted the award at a ceremony today in Troy, Mich. ImageSoft was one of 50 Michigan-based businesses chosen for the award.

Headquartered in Southfield, Mich., ImageSoft provides technology solutions to automate, streamline and improve workplace processes, increase productivity, reduce operating costs, and save time and money.

Winners of the Michigan’s Economic Bright Spots award were selected based on achievements in a number of areas, such as expanding business in the state, doing business in an emerging or growth business sector, or involvement in a Michigan economic development or redevelopment project. The awards were presented during a ceremony today at the Michigan State University Management Education Center in Troy.

Despite Michigan’s stagnant economy, ImageSoft has achieved continued growth in revenue, customer base and staff size. In 2010, ImageSoft grew revenue by 11 percent and hired 19 new people, the majority of which work in Michigan. The company also opened an office in Portland, Ore.

“It’s a tribute to the caliber of the ImageSoft team, not only in Michigan, but in Ohio, North Carolina and Oregon, that our company has performed so well in spite of the economic challenges faced by our state, and indeed, our nation,” said Scott Bade, ImageSoft president. “It is their creativity, innovative thinking, tenacity and hard work that enable ImageSoft to continue to succeed and grow.”
