The Michigan Business Professionals Association (MBPA) distinguishes ImageSoft as one of “Metropolitan Detroit's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.” Sponsored by the largest small business trade association in Michigan, this award honors companies in the Metro Detroit area that are committed to exceptional human resources practices.

“ImageSoft understands that our people are our most important asset,” Vice President Rick Wilson says. “We offer a people-focused environment where diversity, collaboration, open communication, career development, recognition and rewards are cornerstones of our culture.”

The MBPA surveyed a randomly selected group of ImageSoft associates about their work environment and collected and scored their responses. Additional judging criteria included operating data, compensation and benefits, employee education and development; recruitment and selection; recognition and retention; communication; diversity and multiculturalism; work-life balance; and community initiatives.

2007 was ImageSoft’s first year applying with the MBPA and also our first recognition of excellance. "We are honored to be recognized for the best practices that are an integral part of our company and define who we are,” Wilson states. “Within the last year ImageSoft has nearly doubled in size. As we grow we continue to concentrate on our commitment to our employees."
