ImageSoft Awarded Corp! Magazine’s “Michigan’s Economic Bright Spots”

The “Michigan Economic Bright Spots” award shines the spotlight on Michigan companies flourishing despite the economic downturn. However, this award only honors companies involved in moving Michigan’s economy forward. ImageSoft, with headquarters here in Southfield, is focused on improving Michigan’s businesses with our innovative document management solutions and Corp! recognizes this quality.

“We are delighted to be recognized by Corp! Magazine for an award such as this,” says Scott Bade, President of ImageSoft Inc. “It highlights the hard work and innovative thinking the company provides for Michigan’s businesses.”

To be considered for this award, businesses must be based in Michigan with at least 50 percent of their employees based in the state. The nominees also must be at least three years old and have been profitable in the last fiscal year to be considered for the award. Winning companies have shown the most achievement in one or more of the following criteria:

  • Involvement in an industrial or commercial Michigan economic development or redevelopment project.
  • Expansion of locations or sites in Michigan.
  • Involvement in an emerging or growth business sector, such as life sciences, technology, or health care.
  • Making a conscious decision to stay in Michigan, despite opportunities to locate outside of state.
