MMA and ImageSoft’s Enterprise Content Management Strategy Wins RealSolutions Award

GOSHEN, Ind. and SOUTHFIELD, Mich. — MMA (formerly Mennonite Mutual Aid), in conjunction with ImageSoft, Inc., has been honored with a RealSolutions Award for Best Web Technologies Solution. MMA, a national financial services and insurance organization that helps people and groups integrate their finances with faith values through its expertise, and ImageSoft, a leader in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and workflow automation for government, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, and higher education, worked with MMA to integrate a content management strategy for its nationwide staff, improving customer service and worker productivity and efficiency.

The RealSolutions Awards, presented by Hyland Software at the 2008 OnBase Training and Technology Conference in Las Vegas, NV, recognizes organizations using Enterprise Content Management solutions in a unique and successful manner. Specifically, the Best Web Technology award highlights a company who demonstrates the power of OnBase—an enterprise content management software that combines integrated document management, business process management and records management in a single application—in a web environment by bringing together customers, vendors, or other stakeholders to access information, adding value to other business applications with web services integration, and leveraging OnBase integrations with Microsoft Office SharePoint Server.

With the guidance and expertise of ImageSoft, MMA fully integrated the OnBase system with its web-based sales force automation tool, Navagate Agility, to fill the void in its remote staff’s ability to share and access important client information on a daily basis. In addition to the ROI dollars MMA has realized, the MMA staff now performs more productively, efficiently, and accurately. Additionally, it has made the life of MMA's staff, its customers, and its sales representatives much easier—and has given the company the ability to remain customer centric.

“By bridging the gap between the nationwide MMA staff and customer information, MMA has easily created an organization that ensures the highest level of workflow and customer service,” said ImageSoft President and CEO, Scott Bade. “Our goal is to help businesses improve their business, as well as boost company efficiency and morale. The RealSolution award truly recognizes the business process improvements, as well as the positive impact these systems have on employee morale.”

“Extending OnBase to the Web was a natural next step for MMA, and teaming up with ImageSoft, made integration into our sales force a straightforward task,” said Kevin Strite, MMA Project Manager. “Having client documents at the fingertips of our staff has enhanced customer service and increased operational efficiencies.”

Other award winners included Cleveland Clinic, Accident Fund Insurance Company of America, American Public University System, Mitsui, and American Tire Distributors. For the full list of awardees and more information about RealSolutions, please visit www.conference.onbase.com
