ImageSoft, Inc. Named One of Metropolitan Detroit’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in 2008

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. — ImageSoft, Inc., a leader in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and workflow automation for government, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, and higher education, has again been selected as one of Metropolitan Detroit’s “101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For”, presented by the Michigan Business & Professional Association (MBPA). Awardees will be honored on November 20, 2008 in Dearborn, MI at the 9th Annual Human Resources Symposium and Awards Gala.

Selected from several hundred nominations, the “101 Best and Brightest” awardees are companies which recognize employees as their greatest asset, and work with imagination and conviction to create organizational value and business results. Companies are nominated by their own employees, who then complete an anonymous survey about their work environment. Additional award assessments includes operating data, compensation and benefits, employee education and development, recruitment and selection, recognition and retention, communication, diversity and multiculturalism, work-life balance, and community initiatives.

“This year we were inundated with nominations. Metro Detroit companies realize that their employees are key to business success. The companies that were selected demonstrated innovative human resource practices. They intentionally keep employee needs at the forefront of their policies,” said Jennifer Kluge, MBPA Executive Vice President, and a veteran human resources manager.

“We are thrilled to be recognized yet again for the culture, environment, and company morale that we work in every day”, says Rick Wilson, ImageSoft Vice President. “Our continued growth and customer satisfaction is a true testament to the people that make ImageSoft successful, and it’s great to have this validation from our business community and employees.”

ImageSoft provides its employees with several ongoing opportunities and perks such as classes and certifications, high-end technical training, tuition reimbursement, and an internal cross-department education program, which gives every employee the opportunity to be both a student and a teacher. The company maintains a family-style atmosphere, organizing several family events such as golf outings, Detroit Tigers games, a Green initiative, company celebrations, and community service acts such as Climb Detroit, Race for the Cure, and Southfield Goodfellows.
